AUTOMATIC WASHING SYSTEM

WASHMATIC, the only efficient, rational, fast, economical and practical cleaning unit based on precise mechanical extraction of ink residues, combined with a sequential electronic micro-metering solvent distribution system.
 
THREE PRINCIPAL AUTOMATIC CLEANING CYCLES
 

EXPRESS cleaning of the inking unit. Average time = 1 minute

Cleaning of the inking and dampening units. Average time = 1 minute 20 seconds

ADDITIONAL "WASHMATIC special" cleaning cycle including cleaning of the inking unit, dampening uni, printing plate, blanket cylinder and impression cylinder so that the next print job can be started immediately. Average time t= 2 minutes

And "A la carte" function : with a single impulse, the operator can add supplementary cleaning cycles to the selected program at will.

MECHANICAL CLEANING DEVICE, comprising a residue recovery tank, easily removable, with perfectly smooth interior to facilitate cleaning. It remains permanently in operating position on the press, and may be used with or without a disposable liner, which is thrown away after approximately 50 cleaning operations.

 

  

 

 

 

THE WASHMATIC MULTI-JET DISTRIBUTOR BAR comprising a set of precision injection nozzles, actuated by a programmed controller, which distribute the cleaning solvent sequentially, in small but perfectly metered doses, rationalizing this operation and eliminating pointless waste of solvent.

 

  

 

 

 

 

ELECTRICAL SWITCH CABINET WITH INTEGRAL AUTOMATIC CONTROLLER.This automatic controller allows a perfect solvent distribution and has an automatic stop function at the end of the program.

 

 

  

 

 

 

FEED UNIT FOR MULTI-JET DISTRIBUTOR BAR comprising an electrical pump delivering the optimal solvent quantity. This feed unit includes a 5 liter solvent bottle, representing between 500 and 700 cleanings, depending on the program choosed.
